These Conditions apply to the purchase of Event Products and/or Services by the Customer through all Official Sales Channels and the subsequent use of such Event Products and/or Services by the Event Visitor.
1. Definitions
1.1 Agreement: the agreement between the Customer and the Official Sales Channel for the purchase of Event Products and/or Services. This Agreement consists of these Conditions, the purchase confirmation, and any other provisions attached to or referred to in these Conditions, and/or the purchase confirmation and the general terms and conditions of the Online Ticketing Platform.
1.2 Business Packages: B2B Packages offered for sale under this name through the Official Sales Channels, distinguished from Tickets sold to Customer.
1.3 Combi Tickets: comfort or regular tickets giving access to the Event for two days.
1.4 Comfort Zones: VIP zones on the Event site including access to comfort areas, bars, toilets, and lockers.
1.5 Conditions: the present general terms and conditions, including the Hangar House Rules.
1.6 Consumer: a natural person not acting in the course of a commercial, business, craft, or professional activity.
1.7 Customer / You / Your / Main Buyer: the consumer, legal entity, or de facto association that enters into the Agreement for the purchase of the Event Products and/or Services.
1.8 Day Tickets: comfort or regular tickets giving access to the Event.
1.9 Event: any event such as festivals, conferences, musicals, theatre, DJ sets, concerts, dinner shows, trade fairs, or sporting events.
1.10 Event Organiser: Hangar SRL, Chaussée d’Alsemberg 1021, 1420 Braine L’Alleud, company number BE 0691.771.039.
1.11 Event Partner: an Event Organiser’s partner for the sale of Event Products and/or Services.
1.12 Event Products and/or Services: products and/or services relating to the Event, including Tickets and Parking Tickets.
1.13 Event Visitor: a natural person who visits the Event with a valid Ticket.
1.14 Force Majeure: circumstances beyond reasonable control preventing obligations’ performance, including natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, weather conditions, artist illness, or government measures.
1.15 Gift Voucher: prepaid financial instrument issued by the Event Organiser for Event Products and/or Services.
1.16 Hangar Event Bracelet: bracelet granting access to the Event and Comfort Zones if applicable.
1.17 Hangar House Rules: internal rules for Events.
1.18 HNG Tokens: official currency of the Event, purchasable onsite.
1.19 Official Sales Channel: Event Products and/or Services can only be purchased through Event Organiser and Event Partners.
1.20 Online Ticketing Platform: platforms such as See Tickets or Resident Advisor used to purchase Event Products.
1.21 Parking Tickets: tickets granting access to the Event parking site.
1.22 Privacy Policy: www.thehangar.be
1.23 Service Fees: fees for processing, managing, and using the services of the Online Ticketing Platform.
1.24 Tickets: access passes including Combi Tickets, Day Tickets, Hangar Event Bracelet.
2. Scope of the Conditions
2.1 Hangar House Rules are integral to these Conditions. The Customer must accept these Conditions at purchase. A recent version is always available at www.thehangar.be
2.2 If purchasing for others, You are responsible for informing them of these Conditions and obtaining their agreement.
3. Purchase of Event Products and/or Services
3.1 Can only be purchased through Official Sales Channels.
3.2 Tickets from other sources are invalid.
3.3 Access the Online Ticketing Platform at www.thehangar.be during sales.
3.4 Event Organiser may limit time in the Online Ticketing Platform to allow fair purchase access.
3.5 Purchase is confirmed only after full payment via www.thehangar.be.
3.6 Acceptance of Event Organiser’s Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Online Ticketing Platform’s T&Cs is mandatory before purchase.
4. Pricing
4.1 Multiple ticket types and prices exist.
4.2 Tickets are sold at the price on the purchase date.
4.3 Prices include VAT and Service Fees.
4.4 Payment is due in full at purchase.

6. Personalisation
6.1 Each Ticket is an e-ticket and must be personalised with name, email, and nationality.
6.2 Personalisation must occur within the period specified in the confirmation email.
6.3 You must obtain consent from any guests whose personal data you submit.
7. No right of withdrawal
Based on Belgian law, no cooling-off period applies.
8. Resale of Tickets
8.1 Cannot be resold without express consent.
8.2 Resale above the Event Organiser’s price is prohibited.
8.3 Cannot be used for commercial/promotional purposes without permission.
9. Event Products and/or Services purchased from an Event Partner
9.1 The Event Partner is your contracting party.
9.2 Event Partner must provide applicable T&Cs.
9.3 Cancellation/refund policy is governed by the Event Partner.
10. Hangar Event Bracelet
10.1 Only valid with Ticket and ID.
10.2 One bracelet per person per Ticket.
10.3 Must always be worn.
10.4 Grants access only if legitimate.
10.5 Access restricted by bracelet type.
10.6 You are responsible for loss or theft.
10.7 Lost/stolen bracelets are not replaced; no refund.
11. Business Packages
11.1 Only for legal entities with VAT number.
11.2 Lost/stolen Tickets are non-refundable.
11.3 Purchase requires Organiser approval.
11.4 Payment within 7 days of pro forma invoice.
11.5 Late payment follows Belgian law.
11.6 Prices include 21% VAT.
11.7 Organiser may cancel late orders, charging 10% handling fee.
11.8 Dress code applies to B2B Zone, per Hangar House Rules.
12. Gift Vouchers
12.1 Available via Online Ticketing Platform.
12.2 Cannot be resold or used commercially.
12.3 Non-exchangeable for cash.
12.4 14-day grace period for unused vouchers.
12.5 Valid for next Event edition.
12.6 Lost/stolen/expired vouchers not replaced.
12.7 Can be exchanged for Tickets or products at www.thehangar.be.
12.8 Any remaining balance stays on the voucher. Contact: info@thehangar.be.
13. Cashless payment – HNG Tokens
13.1 Hangar Events are cashless.
13.2 HNG Tokens are official Event currency.
13.3 Purchase via Hangar app.
13.4 Physical top-up cards available onsite.
13.5 Token value, fees, and card cost on www.thehangar.be.
13.6 Valid 6 months; wallet resets at year-end.
13.7 Terms available at cashless points.
13.8 Refunds possible within one week for top-ups in last 30 days.
13.9 Refund cost detailed online.
13.10 Physical cards must be linked to Hangar app: https://hangar.anykrowd.app/
13.11 Organiser not liable for theft, loss, or malfunctions.

14. Modification / Cancellation / Refund
14.1 Tickets non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
14.2 Partial refund if less than 60% completed or certain days cancelled.
14.3 Cancellation due to Force Majeure: postponed or refund possible within 1 month.
14.4 Refund if Event cannot be postponed.
14.5 Programme changes do not affect Ticket validity.
14.6 Refund via voucher for future Event.
14.7 Service Fees non-refundable.
15. Liability of Customer and Event Visitor

Refusal of access for non-compliance.

Organiser may prosecute violators.
16. Liability of Event Organiser

Only liable for willful misconduct.

Not responsible for lost Tickets/items.

17. Image Rights

18. Intellectual Property
All content is Organiser property. No reproduction for commercial use.
