When using our mobile application, managed by Anykrowd, your personal data is also collected for the management of your user account and tickets, as well as for carrying out statistical analyses to improve the user experience. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of the contract for the management of your account and tickets, and our legitimate interest in ensuring the security and improvement of the application.

 

2.3. Processing for our e-shop

Your personal data is also collected when you use our e-shop. This data is processed to ensure the shipment and tracking of your order and to provide you with after-sales service.
