+- How to get there and back by ride-sharing?

Collecto :

  • Collecto is a shared taxi service available 7 days a week between 11pm and 6am across the entire Brussels-Capital Region. This service is provided by a set of conventional taxis that group several customers wishing to travel together in the same direction.
    A temporary pick-up and drop-off point will be available next to the event.
    Rides are normally 6 euros, but with the promo code Hangar2025 you get an extra 25% off your trip – valid from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. on the day of the event (only valid on bookings and payments via the Collecto app, and to and from the event).

+- Is there a minimum age?

Yes, participants must be at least 18 years old to enter the festival. ID might be asked at the entrance so don’t forget to bring your ID, passport or driving license.

On-site Facilities

+- When do I get my tickets?

Tickets are mobile only and will be sent on the day of the show at 11:00 AM.

Check your spam and look out for an email from Hangar or Paylogic.

+- Where should I buy or resell tickets to ensure they are genuine and avoid fraud?

If you are looking to buy or resell tickets,

to avoid unwanted surprises such as fake or fraudulent tickets.

+- Are camera's allowed?

We’ll provide a sticker at entry to cover your phone cameras so everyone can stay in the moment.

+- What is the process for getting and using an eco-cup at the event?

When you arrive, you’ll get an eco-coin. Use it at the bar for your first drink and you’ll get your eco-cup for free.

Swap your used cup for a clean one each time. If you lose it, you’ll need to pay for a new one, it won’t be refundable.

Please return your cup at the end of the event.

+- Is the event wheelchair friendly?

A dedicated platform is available for guests with reduced mobility to ensure comfortable and safe access to the show.

+- Will there be lockers on the festival?

Yes, lockers will be available at the festival.

+- What are the payments methods in the festival?

Tap&Pay is the only payment method available at the festival.

If you don’t have any smartphone, a top-up desk will allow you to add funds by credit card/Bancontact on a magnetic card.

If your phone runs out of battery, there will be a charging station within the festival.

+- Can I eat inside the event?

Gare Maritime Food Market will be open with a full menu to keep you going all night.

They offer vegan and vegetarian food as well.

+- Will there be wifi?

Yes, a public wifi will be available in the event area.

+- Who can I contact if I need assistance or lose something during the event?

A trained care team will be available to assist you with any questions or problems you may have.

Lost something? Please visit the stand for any lost item inquiries.

+- What items are not allowed to be brought into the venue?

Please note that umbrellas, water bottles, glass containers, and similar items are not allowed inside the venue.

+- Can we smoke inside?

We kindly ask that you don’t smoke indoors. If you do, you may have to leave the event.
