Your mission • Lead the full preparation of F&B, sponsoring and B2B experiences across all events • Own beverage logistics end-to-end: supplier orders and backbar organization • Manage all material logistics linked to bars and hospitality • Curate and coordinate the foodtruck and food partner experience, ensuring concepts fit Hangar's identity and operational constraints • Work closely with production on bar implantation, guest flows, menu engineering, signage and premium hospitality layouts • Lead sponsor research and prospecting support, identifying relevant premium brands and partnership opportunities • Ensure sponsor activations and contractual rights are flawlessly delivered on-site • Build budgets, P&L, margin analysis and post-event reporting • Manage VIP/B2B hospitality operations, premium tables and client journeys • Follow up contracts, invoicing, payment collection and supplier deliverables • Build systems and workflows that make the entire guest experience sharper every season Profile • 3–5+ years in events, hospitality, premium F&B, sponsorship or large-scale guest experiences • You combine strong operational instincts with sharp commercial and financial discipline • You understand logistics, flows, staffing and guest experience at scale • You care deeply about aesthetics, speed of service and premium execution • Highly structured, autonomous and calm under pressure • Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus) • Based in Brussels or nearby • Available to start ASAP
