By accessing or purchasing from our webshop (https://store.thehangar.be), you agree to the following Returns & Refund Policy. Please read carefully.

 

At Hangar, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it under the conditions below.

 

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

 

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Conditions: The item must be returned in unused and original condition, with all packaging and accessories. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned. To initiate a return, contact us at info@thehangar.be with your order number.

 

2. How to Return an Item

Notify us within 14 days of delivery. You then have 14 additional days to return the item. Send the item to:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.

 

3. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method. Important: Shipping costs (both initial and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or wrong item).

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thehangar.be, including: Your order number Clear photos of the product and packaging We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping) in such cases.

 

5. Exceptions

We do not accept returns for: Custom or made-to-order items Used, damaged, or altered items
